BTS8's call quality was poor. What about BTS9? Overall quality was good except for the call sound. Did it evolve?
How is this different/better than BTS8?
I used the BTS8 for swimming and the connector contacts corroded because there is some kind of voltage on them. By definition, with electroplating, this attacks all metals. The quality of the phone call is also highly objectionable, the other party cannot hear me well. If BTS9 is similar, I will not buy such products after this. I have already recommended wireless charging and data entry, but I have not received a response from you either.
Can we use as hearing aid with mobile phone?
When will the manufacturers realize that they need wireless charging instead of special connectors, which are not even compatible with each other? Bluetooth transmission is enabled for uploading data. The microphone of the previous BW BTS8 is not suitable for telephone calls, the other party cannot hear properly. At least QCY has already solved this well.

Unbeatable value for money. I use them on my PC as Bluetooth headphones; they capture well, no latency. I use them in MP3 mode for running, even on long outings they are impeccable. For the price, I recommend without hesitation.

About the product. As it is written 32Gb storage. It definitely plays MP3 files. Uploading files with the wired charging cable provided. Suitable for making calls. There are no complaints about the sound quality, it's perfect. Usage: doesn't bother the ear. I think the faulty part is the micro switch buttons on the side of the device. These can be used to answer calls or switch between phone connection or MP3 player. I don't have big hands (size 8), but even so, handling the buttons is not simple. Therefore, the product is only good.

Very satisfied with the headset overall, good value for money, decent battery life, lightweight, IP68 certification. Not yet tried at the pool. __-- FLAC file not supported, unable to create playlists (folder) of its MP3s, all MP3s are out of order during playback, maximum volume a bit low, slight discomfort above the ear if worn for too long.

Once again, it has survived a charge cycle. _Everything connected and charged - then nothing worked anymore. I didn't even try it in water. __Customer Service wanted me to wait and give them time. After 7 days without an answer, my ticket closed, and my request was deleted from the system. After that, no one cares anymore.

Very happy with this upgrade. The microphone finally seems to be working during phone calls - at least to make a reasonable conversation. The greatest plus is for all of you who want to transfer mp3 files (music in my case) to the device and use it for an example during water activities like swimming. Then you truly get a great device.
