My Blitzwolf BW-FYE16 just arrived today but the touch screen is not working just blackscreen doesnt react to touch or the reset button

As many buyers mentioned, my problem is the same: only one of the earphone is functioning, the Bluetooth offers me a V8 and a BW-FYE16 connection, however it doesnt matter, which one I am connecting to, only one of the earphone makes any sound
I received it. It fits perfectly, the sound is crystal clear but only the left one works. I tried charging it but nothing changed. I just called them and they kept saying that...
Why doesn't the left earphone work

Why is it that music only plays from one earphone and not the other? However, the other one detects if I touch it. Can someone help?
The included manual doesn't say how to reset the earphones. Would you help me?
The bluetooth pairing name is V8, which will be updated to FYE16 later. When? And how can it be done?

It took a while because of the postal strike, I was shocked because the display didn't light up as I had seen in other reviews, but I plugged it in to charge and the display turned on. Audio quality is excellent, this is already the 3rd Blitzwolf headphone I've bought, all very well made and durable, the first I bought was the fye7 then the fye15 and now the fye16. Very satisfied, great product.

One of the headphones is splitting apart at the junction. It does not fit together. Thus, it is unusable.

The device arrived completely discharged and even when connected to the charger, it didn't turn on for a long time. Now it's working fine.

Excellent that there is transparency mode in noise cancellation and it allows the sound of emergency and police. Super good, excellent sound quality even better than fy7 so far. This is the future.

Ótimo produto! Chegou corretamente, dentro do prazo, bem embalado, fones funcionam muito bem, tem som ótimo, a tela na caixinha dos fones ajuda muito a mudar configurações sem ter que ligar a tela do celular. Super recomendo!

Ez a kedvenc fülhallgatóm most. Mindent tud amit leírt és hihetetlen praktikus a használata. Először zavart hogy nincs applikációja, aztán az egyhónapos használat során rájöttem hogy jobb hogy nincs és a dobozából mindent elérek azonnal és még többet. Nem tudtam hogy a telefon kamera fotózást is elérem . Vagy a kiesett füles megtalálom vele. Az érintő felülete is fantasztikus. A legjobb amit mostanában használtam. A doboza is jól fekszik a zsebemben. A hát fali gumirozás miatt nem csúszik le az asztalról. Ajánlom!!!

excellent sound, with the screen you can access the menu, easy to use. the only thing is that it takes a long time to charge the main battery. the battery of the headphone lasts a long time
