I did the inbox and setup in 2 minutes. I already use Icsee so it was just a case of adding the camera. once it was added it worked perfectly. The pan and tilt worked well. brilliant buy.

The product does not have a nameplate. (Manufacturer and type unknown.) Firmware updated March 2020. Setting up the camera on a wifi network (with remote access) is very difficult. The description is unusable. In the pictures, I show how to access the RESET button. The SD card cover must be removed. The SD card slot is protected by a thin insulating material. Lifting this will reveal a hole through which the reset button can be pressed with a long and rigid device (such as a paper clip). To install, first download the XmEye app to your Android phone. (The product also works with this clone, the recommended icsee app, but it failed to permanently identify the camera.) Connect your phone to the 2.4 GHz wifi network through which you will want to operate the camera and launch the application . (Disable mobile (3G / 4G / 5G) data on your phone for this time!) Turn on the product. Ignore the product message that you are ready to connect. Then press and hold the reset button until the product tells you to reset to factory settings. Ignore the "turn off camera" message. The camera will restart soon. When you hear the message that the camera is ready to connect, press the + sign (add) in the application, then select add via wifi network. Enter the wifi network name (SSID) and password. The search will start in a new window and a green camera icon will appear shortly. I press, set the requested additional information and you're done. If you have a public IP address (not your own network behind NAT) and reserve the internal IP address assigned to the camera by the router (you can do this in the router's settings, but it is not necessary), you can remotely reach through the application. If your IP address is not public, remote access is not possible. I hope I helped.

Great product, very good image quality. Motion detector's pretty sensitive. The night works very well, picture perfect.

Here are my results on this camera, first it is not ONVIF compliant. After you install the ICEE app and create your login, the camera will initiate to IP'S if your router is set up for DCHP. One is wifi, the other is Wired. If you try to get into camera from wired connection, it asks for a login and password, which none of the standard ones work, tried about 25 of them. The only way I got my Dahu NVR to work is to reset camera. They show taking off SD cover and there are two holes for a paper clip, THEY GO NOWHERE. You have to remove the four screws from back of camera housing to get to reset button. Hold button down until voice says factory reset. Plug your network cable in and power up, then use a program like FING to find IP. If you Input IP in browser at least on win 10 chrome it says it's to new of a version Tried XP and it wants a 3.8 meg newactive.exe add on , but never could get it to down load , by the way the name for log in is admin, PW is blank so you can get free viewing and recording software from ispy, and works well, if you do have a NVR do a search and add your camera as generic and it will work under the RSTP and setup with admin/admin. The camera will also work with the wifi iCSee app . Other than no documentation and the many quirks, the camera makes a decent picture, but what do you expect for 28 bucks!!
