yes it has a 3.5mm output and cable provided. this is the only way I can use on my phone. the usb c part doesn't do anything when connected for me.

The microphones work great, there are no extraneous noises or rustles, no need to connect with an audio cable. Tested on iPhone, insert the adapter into the iPhone and turn on 2 microphones, 2nd mode is better.
