My first laser engraver. Still learning and tweaking the settings. The quality of this engraver is good, except the wheels on both axis. They have a noticeable flat spot and don't roll continuously. Also the firmware support could be better. First thing I did was firmware upgrade to be able to connect the engraver to my wifi. Otherwise works great and with all the accessories it produces very good results.

I have acquired an A10-Pro AtomStack with M50 laser module, after the judicious assembly and it is here to say that I own (2 CNCs and a 3D Creality Printer), I have uploaded the file "2mm plywood cutting dog.nc" that It's on the flash drive that goes with the machine, and I focused the laser, and I rotated, recorded, but it didn't cut. Then I prepared the machine to record the file "2mm plywood carved butterfly.nc", nothing happened, not a light shadow was recorded. I continued the tests and managed to use both LightBurn and laserGRBL to make wonderful recordings, but I can't cut 2mm plywood or MDF. the controller came faulty tb., I don't know where the problem is, I love the machine, but it needs to cut. my first laser engraving machine. I bought for my job this machine. ı had a problem about payment on banggood. Platform did not allow payment over the $700. I couldn't purchase for this reason. forced me to pay using the banggood payment method. I didn't like this. For this reason, I removed the lost goods insurance and bought it again. this product is perfect for me. laser power is so good. you just sent the bottom board in solid color. it doesn't make any sense. It should at least have metric expressions on it. It came to turkey in exactly 1 week. I did not pay tax or shipping

I have had several diode lasers, and this one I must say is the best and the most powerful. The difference in power compared to the others or the A5 Pro that is the inferior model is very noticeable. In addition, it is noted that they have taken into account the small details so that the quality and comfort of use is the best, such as the fixing screw to focus the laser module, the quality filtering glass that protects us from the laser beams, etc. And perfectly machined and finished aluminum construction materials. Another interesting detail is that it can be used by cable connected to the computer to transfer the designs and control the laser, but you can also put the designs on a microSD card and put the card on the laser, and work without a pc nearby thanks to the touch screen that brings, very useful if we have the laser in a workshop and we have no pc nearby. In short, I recommend the product after having tried several similars, and for engraving and cutting, it is the most effective for its power and speed.
