Arrived before the date but still disappointed by your packaging because a lot of damage since everything is swept in this beautiful briefcase also hung, So scratches on the radio and fuselage caused by the battery that came out of its foam housing and it found on the top of the cabin and thus broke some antennas and a window! I am really very disappointed and this is not the first time this has happened to me, when will you be doing the proper packaging, it's not very complicated, especially that from China to France there's still a bad handling of the parcel......

hello I bought this helicopter with 2 batteries and I have one of the batteries that holds barely 3 to 4 minutes and the other holds 9 to 10 minutes, I think there is a problem with one of the batteries, what can you do for me? Thanks
