I live in Greece,Europe. I bought the cw400 but I cant see the device possibly because of the location. what should i do?

It works ok. very difficult to setup with the app. Need to set to china and uninstall other xiaomi devices before connecting with the app. Not to strong Wi-Fi signal. Need to be close to Wi-Fi point. Still a good buy. I like it

It should be set to China region and it works if you have multiple devices and you've been to another region so far delete and reattach their devices in China region and everything works theoretically. So far I've tried imilab EC5 indoors and it jumped enormously compared to motion tracking that's why I bought them ;)

Hello. Is there any way to set the camera to European standard? It says it can only be used in the Chinese market. It cannot be used in the Xiaomi home app. Is there any solution? Thank you for your reply.

The camera is good enough, with good quality plastic and good image quality but I think it lacks in the software part, you have to set it as you live in China, it doesn't have extras like setting an area where not to get alerted from a motion (Grid) and also you cant use face recognition as you have to pay for it! The playback only supports x4 and x16 speeds. Cloud storage is not working as the webpage is not even available! Timelapse is a nice mode and you can record Sunrise/Flowers/Clouds and set the time to record and the time of the video, you just gotta have a big enough SD card installed. I spray painted mine with black color as it will make it more stealthy. Comes with EU adaptor for the power socket. I bought it with a coupon and I think it's worth it.

I received the order in 15 days. I own more than 10 Xiaomi cameras both indoor and outdoor but the Xiaomi CW400 is the best of all for both resolution and construction design. It's a product It will last over time and I am very happy with the purchase.-
