Fits the track perfectly. Really tight in my homemade MFT style dog holes. I used the knurling of the post to file the holes until it inserts smoothly.

Excellent quality. Fits Makita guide rail and 20mm MFT table. However, as warned by several YouTubers reviewing this product: it is fairly difficult to position them in the rail so that the rail fits in your table. Even if you manage to do that perfectly, it is not easy to remove the rail from the table. This means that the use for these things is limited imo

i am kind of disappointed from that product - especailly it does not fit any of my rail systems and it does not sit tight in the dog wholes of my workbench

Excellent product, especially that you're able to tighten down on the track once installed. Works perfectly on an MFT table.
