It is the same.
How much does a chainsaw weigh without a battery?
Around 895 grams without and around 930 grams with black plastic chain blade protection.

The saw arrived pretty quickly, it was possible to put everything together although the instruction manual didn't help. After putting it together it even works. It's not a high precision device but I think it should do fine for garden work, branches and small planks in this price range. Practical testing is yet to come.
