package arrived in 3 days from CZ warehouse. the quality of the product works well only the battery capacity I don't like at 10 000mAh as described. sure the saw will work better on the original Makita batteries that do not heat up 😉 overall I am satisfied

Very fast delivery from CZ warehouse. The saw is great, really useful, I got it for the campervan where we chop a lot of wood for the grill. Also use in the garden because you only need one hand to use it, other for holding branches. I put chainsaw oil on periodically and tensioned the chain so you can lift the chain about 5mm in the middle. After a couple of cuts you will need to re-tension chain as its new,then should be ok for a while.

The saw at first glance is not of bad quality (especially if you consider the price of 22.99 $ with a good discount, at which I was able to buy, for a complete set with two batteries). The quality of the materials and the build is very good, only the attached greaser is missing to lubricate the chain automatically, as in other large-sized saws. It is often necessary to stop the saw and lubricate it during work. Also I made the saw: put a square washer under the bolt of adjustment of the tension of the chain.

came packed in an ordinary carton, without any identification marks. Everything in the box was upside down, but everything came in one and without any problems. Arrived without battery or charger. What is the point of having a battery powered tool without these things? Is this a con?

I tested it on dry cherry branches 2- 8 cm and found out that it heats up very quickly, stops working and maybe there is risk the device to be damaged, although I often put oil on the chain. The blade was heated so much that the oil burned like in a pan. There are no guidelines for how much the chain should be stretched and it should probably not be stretched a lot but rather moderately, as I read in a similar product. The voltage dropped very quickly from a maximum of 20.5 volts to 19,5 volt, but I have not checked if the battery really has a capacity of 10000 ah. So it is doubtful if it is in fact functional on dry branches. If it does not behave the same in pruning the green branches of the trees, if the battery lasts for a satisfactory time and it continues working correctly, then it will have a good utility for light and moderate use. After that, I only remove one star from the product, because similar products may behave the same and I do not want to judge it unfairly. Thanks
