The frequency allocation used is for ham radio operators or business users. Both requiring a licence to operate depending on where in the world you are.__As far as I’m aware no beings from outer space are licensed to use these frequencies, other than the astronauts on the international space station. __Alternatively... If you don know the use of this radio then maybe this phone isn’t for you?
