How can I unbinding this device if I dont have access for old account at all ? Please provide me the support unbinding form or support email for helping unbinding device from old account. I have an error screenshot and device ID as well. I tried with reset and factory reset but no luck.

Product arrived very promptly. Im having no success in logging on to the XSmart Home website to set the doorbell up - my phone (Samsung) didnt even want to recognise the QR Code. I eventually set the website up on my phone by usuing Google, but I keep getting error messages when I try to set up my account using my email address and asking for the verification code. HELP.
