I confess that the product tracking made me worried because it was very imprecise, but everything arrived correctly, I have already tested it and realized that the product is of good quality, it is not difficult to assemble, there are a lot of videos on YouTube, the necessary programs mainly come on a pen drive with the machine for testing for 30 days. It cuts MDF up to 1 centimeter, but you have to make many passes and it can catch fire. From 3 to 6 mm is fine, it cuts with precision. I am happy with the purchase.

It was my first purchase on the Banggood platform. I was a little worried that it was the first time, but it arrived right. It just did not arrive before the deadline because of the laziness of the postman in waiting for me to come down from the seventh floor to pick up the order, I had to go to the post office to pick up the machine. It arrived very well packed and was very simple to do the assembly. I am still learning how to calibrate the laser for each different function that I need here in my jobs, but I was already quite satisfied with the product. Actually, when I bought it, the stock was already here in Brazil. I just didn't like the after sale, because it's very difficult to communicate.

top works perfectly super easy to put together, (note: don't try to write and mind glowing the reflected light from the metal can burn the laser, paint the metal or stick a sticker before trying to write, even then I wouldn't risk writing on metals.
