I bought this item from you. But what is the name of the app? In the operating instructions there is nothing of the same.

Is it also sold with a gateway or how does the communication work?
Hello, you will need to purchase a Tuya Zigbee Gateway separately to use with it.
The article description states 'Zigbee 3.0'. The order confirmation also says 'Zigbee 3.0'. On the packaging of the delivered goods, it says 'Tuya Zigbee (ZG353)'. Why is a different item being delivered than specified?
Because Banggood has no idea what they are selling and they are silently changing product descriptions afterwards. Happened to me too with those devices and Banggood support is not helping in any way. This was my first and my last order at Banggood.

Easy installation. Very fast shipping! The unit is very silent. No noise at all. Easy to operate. One thing thats missing in the Tuya interface for it, it does not show the percentage of how much the valve is open. I was able to see this with my other thermostat connected through Tuya as well and it is very helpful feature to have. This valve does not provide this information unfortunately.

The item arrived to me within 2 weeks in perfect condition. I bought 2 TRVs. My radiator didnt need any transitions. Follow the installation instructions. The mesh gateway immediately recognized the new device. Everything works great!
