Good to know:_- the tool itself seems to be OK_- the included battery does not fit into an original Makita battery charger, it can be charged only with the included charger, which feels very light, not sure what protection is in it,_- original Makita tools do not work with the included battery_- the tool works fine with original Makita battery.

Unbelievable value at around 25 quid (with a battery, no less). Im an occasional user rather than a proper DIY-er, but it works like a charm, even when it comes to removing and retightening the wheel nuts of my car which I consider a demanding task for the size of the tool. The batteries included at this price range are usually rather iffy, but so far, so good, wasnt expecting anything more anyway. Overall a great purchase.

In the description and on the propaganda videos on YouTube, this model offers the possibility of inserting a hexagonal insert, but in mine it doesn't fit and the housing is not hexagonal but round. Basically, it needs an additional gadget to work with the hexagonal inserts. Also, I had requested the cancellation of the order and it was not accepted because they said it was already shipped. False, it was seen from the tracking of the package later. Terrible experience.

It cant loosen really tight nuts and 380Nm torque power is b*llsh*t. Cant even tighten my car wheel nuts to 120Nm with the stronger(?) setting. Maximum is probably around 100Nm. It is not a big problem for me, but it has the usual chinese approach of descxription with very liberate interpretation of how capable is the device in terms of forces. The battery is a lasting one, although Im pretty sure, capacity is not 3Ah as stated either, but not bad. It is compatible with other tools batteries of this kind.
