what does this plane weigh
Hello! The weight of this plane is (about : +or- 1g error) 71g with its landing gear and the original battery. 66g without the landing gear. The battery weight is about 11g. It's not an "heavy weight" but the 400mm volantex warbirds I own are much more lighter. It's true that it handle well the wind but when you have it in your hand and you compare with a volantex the difference is really perceptible. Almost 8 to 10g more so it is penalized for it's maximum speed and aerobatics actions. It hovers less than my other volantex planes so it needs more throttle to avoid stall and in my opinion that leads to consume its battery faster than them. Anyway this plane flies well enough to have true fun with, above all this P39 has a lot of class with its yellow&black paint scheme "Skylanes Unlimited Racing Team" and it is very pleasant to make and see it flying!
What type Battery goes in plane.
Hello! 3.7V 400mAh Li-po 20C like Endos answered, I will just add the size marked on the original battery : 802035 type. The battery compartment can received one battery longer than that but it will be not enough room with a battery wider or thicker. The size 802035 for 400mAh is very spread, it's the same "calibre" than for the volantex, for my part I will stay with this configuration because this plane has already enough take off weight and the fly duration is decent.

Very little time between ordering on the site and delivery, which was impeccable. Very nice model well done in the straight line of the 400mm range of Eachine or Top RC. It also flies very well even in somewhat windy conditions unfavourable given the very low weight of these very small models... It seems a little faster and more fierce than the BF 109 or the Zero or the Mustang, a bit like the Spitfire... but still as efficient and fun to fly... the U turn is really a great idea, because the model not only returns in the opposite direction but makes small turns to the right and left so that you can easily spot it in the sky... but watch out for the shafts anyway because when the battery voltage weakens and the engine stops it goes down quite fast!... Congratulations again to the designers and manufacturers of these great little machines, I remain a fan! (This is my 10th model!)

Another of the 400mm micro series warbirds. I just copied over the last one in my transmitter(TX16S) changed the receiver number and in this case changed the V761 protocol to TOPRC version and it bound and operates just like all the others. Love these little warbirds and I am waiting for my FW190 to arrive soon. Will be so easy to set up by cloning another and changing the rcvr number and the picture. Keep them coming Banggood and I will keep buying them.
