The all case was a long-lasting discussion and exchanging technical measurements with the Banggood customer service and Sysjoint technical service about the screen failure of my VNA SV4401A, which I had got for 2 months. The solution I accepted was they send me a new screen and to be replaced by myself. Sysjoint in order to be sure that the solution of the problem will work, sent me not only the screen, but an entire new main board of the VNA, having a new screen already connected with it. Most probably they took it from the production line, which were both screen and main board were working perfectly. Actually, they replaced the 80% of the device. It was an unexpectable and welcomed effort from the company and finally was a successful solution of the problem. I would like to thank Banggood and Sysjoint for the support on the matter, but also, I would suggest them to be more decisive when having all the data of a relevant technical problem by a customer. And that, because one month was passed to end up on finding a way out, plus the needed time of delivering, but anyway, at the end I am happy because my device is back on work again. Resuming, it is a perfect device, very handy and accurate, so, despite this "adventure" with the screen of VNA SV4401A, "finally good, all good".

I am very satisfied with the purchase of this product. Making the purchase was a quick and easy procedure. Making the payment was easy and safe, I was able to use my Paypal account. The product was shipped very quickly after I made the purchase. The seller provided me with abundant information to follow up and be able to be informed at all times of the trajectory of the product that was shipped. Dispatch and delivery time was completed in a total of nine days, just a little over a week, it was very fast. The packaging of the product, It was good, but it could be better. The first impression upon receiving the product is that it is something that is well built. I wasn't very happy at first because I found two flaws. The first defect is a scratch in the paint on the metal case of the equipment. It is not something serious but I would not want to see it in my new equipment. I also found a slightly more serious defect, one of the buttons on the front keyboard did not work, apparently it was stuck, stuck internally. Take the risk and disassemble the equipment, it was necessary to loosen all the screws of the electronic card and relieve pressure on the button that did not work, this was enough to solve the problem. It caught my attention that charging the batteries took several hours to complete, but this is not a problem, the batteries work well. So far I am satisfied with the equipment, but I must say that the manufacturer needs to update the software, I feel that it has many small bugs. I have also found some bugs in using the equipment without the computer software. For example, when I want to take a picture of the image, sometimes the function doesn't work. I was also able to realize that the equipment is very slow when it does a very extensive sweep of frequencies. Regarding the sensitivity to touch that the screen has, it is excellent, the image on the screen is also very good. Order placed on the 9th, received on the 28th... That's only 3 weeks ! Package received in good condition in the BAL, and aircraft in good condition. I got e-mails the day before and the day before. The VNA SV 4401A is in accordance with the announcement, and does the job of analysis very well with many possibilities of adjustments. I prefer the menus to the nanoVNAs. The screen is large and really readable. The batteries are really holding up. I regret not having a direct Z curve on the same plane as the SWR curve, but it's a detail. On the other hand, the display of R + Jx, with enlargement of the font is really great. So for me, great purchase! Order placed on the 9th, received on the 28th...01 23 only 3 weeks. Cool! This is a serious high performance instrument worth 10 stars, but has a few issues that subsequent firmware upgrades should address. Most important problem that needs repair is assembly of PCB & screen into steel case. Upon receipt of unit found USB-C socket loose and charging plug on 15 degree down angle when connected. Removed case back, released white RTV securing LED lens and carefully remove PCB & screen to find USB-C attached by power & data pins only. Caused by case holes not punched in correct location and PCB & screen forced into position during assembly. Re-seated USB-C socket and soldered mount pins. Carefully scratch PCB coating beside USB-C to reveal copper then reinforce socket with more solder both sides. Do NOT disturb small tracks on power switch side of USB-C. Do same for USB-A socket. Use small file to enlarge USB-C and power switch holes in case, larger toward front, approx 1.5mm. USB-A not required enlargement on mine. Test fit to confirm clearance and when complete, clean filings, sharp edges & small amount of black paint with artist brush to protect. If you do not do this work, in short time USB-C socket will rip small tracks off PCB that cannot be repaired, rendering instrument useless. Don't over-tighten 6 PCB & screen securing screws as this can bend display. Can be overcome by confirming case face is flat by using edge of a ruler. Carefully tweak case so face is flat and level, which will straighten the 2 centre stand-offs allowing PCB & screen to seat flat. Once assembled, LED lens may rise slightly above PCB, simply apply small amount RTV to secure. Do not over tighten the SMA to N-socket nuts during re-assembly.
