The product was delivered and everything works great. I am very happy with the price and quality, even though the shipment with the railway took almost 3 months in my case. It was stuck in one logistics center for almost a month without update. Customer service via chat was fast, but answers were mostly auto generated, which is okay but can be a bit annoying in situations of uncertainty. I am happy (and a bit relieved) the product finally arrived! :-)

Extremely fast delivery from China to Hungary. Unfortunately, the product is only packed in its own box, so the box was a little damaged during shipping, but the product is flawless.

Everything seems to be okay. The product arrived faster than I thought (~ 2 weeks). It is properly packed in a cardboard box. There is a screen protector on the touchscreen. The box contents: scope, quick start (only Chinese language, but I think this is not problem in 2025 :), calibration certificate, USB cable, power cord, 4 pcs. probes. I turned it on, tried the 1kHz calibration signal and a few functions, and everything was fine!

Absolutely superb... Highly Recommend..__Comes with all probes, everything works as it should...__The default language is Chinese but easy to change.......__You may also think the touch screen is broken!!! It is NOT.... The lock screen button was pressed LOL.....

The oscilloscope SIGLENT SDS814X arrived earlier than expected after a long delivery time, which is good. No customs fees or taxes had to be paid, good. The device seems to be fine at first glance, no abnormalities. A Euro adapter and 4 probes, 100MHz, were included, but only 300V RMS, okay. Unfortunately, the quick start guide is only in Chinese, and the first settings were a bit difficult; an English manual would be desirable. The packaging was not damaged despite the long delivery route and was adequate, okay. I am very satisfied with the device; it is worth mentioning the very low price (about €150 less than in the EU). If you are not in a hurry for delivery (delivery by rail) and are relaxed about potential warranty claims, I recommend the purchase. PS. Uploading the images was a bit difficult; I had to try several times before the images were accepted. Overall, I give 5 stars.
