Hi, what is the max thickness for cutting materials?
3-4mm
Can it be used in Italy?
Every US house has 220v 110v feed And every 3d printer, engraver I have seen has a switch on the power supply for either voltage. I am running 220v on both of my 3d printers and my large 3D laser cutter so yes it can be done.

Unpacked, assembled, connected under Lightburn, and works as desired/expected. All accessories and spare parts were complete. There are slight signs of use, some of which can be removed by cleaning. From the smell, one can suspect that the device has already operated for some hours in an unventilated environment. The protective glass in front of the lens is impeccable (probably replaced) and first engraving tests show very good results. The actual number of operating hours the laser has experienced is not recognizable. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Arrived today, short of a week earlier than estimated delivery, and right at my doorstep. So only positive on delivery, checked what I got and I am a bit baffled on Bangs.

I bought this laser engraver as a refurbished unit. It came in its original packaging and everything was in the box and well packed. After an easy assembly the engraver worked perfectly. I am using Lightburn software. Good product and shipping.

The delivery was delayed due to late pick up from logistic company. However, the shipment arrived, and tested. Even refurbished, looks like new, and everything seems to work fine.

Engraver arrived well packed, with clear instructions, everything packed well in numbered bags so it was a quick and easy installation. Even there were slight signs of usage (it is refurbished after all) it was in very good condition and everything worked fine! Laser works great!
