Atomstack A20 v2 refurbished unit. Packaging of unit components was questionable. There was no padding in box, just loose components. All components were present except one support foot. Contacted Banggood and replacement parts were sent out. User manual was good for assembling the unit. However was not very helpful for operation of unit. This was a second laser for me and with information from youtube and internet operations are good. Unit 20W works good for engraving at a faster pace than my old laser 5W unit. Purchase was good valve for price and service was good. Rated good above as packaging could have been better.
