Bicycle very well packaged! All parts were provided! Assembly quite simple! _Attention on your invoice it says power 1200w! While limited it is 250w, that's what is needed for France for example _Can we modify this please thank you??

Good quality, powerful, box with electronics is too close to the weel (on hill descend), pedal assist works too long after you stop pedaling.

very good bike. very fast and a lot of NM like i was especting. it can be perfect with torque sensor but the default version has velocity sensor. 9/10

Shipping has been ultrafast, in 3 days bike was delivered (it should have been in Italy already). So far, bike’s extremely good: torque is surprisely brutal and range is great; I weight 75kgs and a full charge delivers 50kms if full electric and about 90/95 in assisted mode. I am quite happy with it, packaging also was pretty professionally done._I’m up to get a 2nd Max26 for my girlfriend.

the torque is very strong. The tires are large, and I am prepared to cope with snow commuting in winter. I have ridden about 13 kilometers, and it is good overall. The only drawback is that it is troublesome to start and shut down the dual-drive mode, and I have to use the computer's engineering mode. Everything else is good.
