I ordered the Proscenic T22 fat-free deep fryer, and I am satisfied with both the product and the fast delivery. The fryer was delivered on time and in excellent condition, which is always important when ordering kitchen equipment. As a fryer user, however, I found a few minor minuses that are worth mentioning. First of all, I did not find in the set a book with recipes. While this is not a key element, it would be useful to have at least a few basic recipes including different times and temperatures of food preparation. However, this can be solved by finding the recipes online or purchasing the recipe book separately. Another issue that worried me is the lack of Polish language support in the fryer application. I was forced to change the system language to English in order to use the full functionality of the application. This can be a nuisance for people who do not feel comfortable in English or prefer service in their native language. However, after changing the system language, the application worked without any problems. Now going to the advantages of the Proscenic T22 fryer, I have to say that I am impressed by its performance and quality of workmanship. The device has a modern design and is solidly built. It also has an intuitive control panel that makes it easy to choose the right temperature and time to prepare food. One of the biggest advantages of this fryer is its ability to prepare tasty dishes without using large amounts of fat. I was able to enjoy crispy fries and other treats knowing that they are much healthier than traditionally deep-fried.

I ordered it from a warehouse in the Czech Republic with a delivery time of five days. In my experience so far, since all EU deliveries have arrived on time, I thought it would be a suitable present for my wife's name day, which would be just over a week from now. Unfortunately, on your name day, I was only able to show you the picture on the order page. Since more than two weeks later, all I could see on the site was in processing, so the package hadn't even been shipped, that's when I sent my first inquiry to customer service. The answer came very quickly, but it didn't contain anything specific. was wondering if there might be a refuelling of supplies in the warehouse in the Czech Republic. However, it seemed to be refuted that it was available at the moment with a 5-day delivery from the Czech Republic. Another interest, another meaningless answer. We're sorry to send you anything we can. No time, no reason for the delay. It's hard for me to call this customer service. After three weeks, he was still "under processing" on the tracking page. Then after 27 days, I received a package from Poland, it arrived. We love it so much, we try new recipes every day, it's perfect for two people. More efficient than our built-in kitchen oven, less time to prepare food and less energy.

I'm absolutely satisfied with the Proscenic T22 airfryer. Its 5 lt basket has enough space to cook for 2-3 persons its easy to clean and dishwasher safe and has a safety button at the top of the handle that protects from accidentally opening. During the operation of the fryer the noise is relatively low and Its very easy to cook either by using the 11 presets or through the proscenic app but often you have to adjust the time and temperature for the optimum result and a beep reminds you when the food needs to be turned over or shaken. The food I've cooked was delicious and very crispy because I have added a small teaspoon of oil. The only complain is that they didn't send my the Recipe booklet that should come together with the fryer.
