The product worked well for a couple of days, then in the off state, every element of the display lights up if the battery is inserted. If the battery is removed, it does not light up. It was dead, I charged it, and it lights up just the same in the off state. What is the problem? I do not want to return it; I want to solve it. When it is turned off, it should not light up and should not drain if not in use. Please help me solve this. Thank you.
I have same problem as you. Whole display lights up when the battery is inserted. When operating the vacuum I can smell electric smell.
