Problem with the ethernet. I need it to connect it via RJ45 but as you can see in the picture, I have only 10MBps. I installed the new Realtek drivers and the problem doesn't solve. The problem is that there is no service and I can't contact anyone to help me. I'm very dissatisfied. I will never buy any of their products again. I was ready to buy another Mini PC (Ninkear Mini PC N4 with the AMD Ryzen™ 7 4800U) but I will not do it. I hope to help with your choice.

My first impressions are pretty good. It came in an unopened box, carefully packed. The box contains the mini PC, the power supply, an hdmi cable and a mounting plate. After powering on and setting up, I ran lengthy system updates, during which the PC was quite slow, almost unusable, but once these were completed, I had a quiet machine with perfectly usable speed. I haven't experienced loud fan noise.

Already installed MS Windows 11 Home, replaced RAM to 16GB/3200 and working smoothly and quickly. Recommend the product as a small business or home PC

noisy, the 2-pin 12v cpufan has no slow-down function. so it makes as much noise as any normal pc. The supposedly NVME ssd is ATA!!! (Biwin CSE80A1A100-256)_There is no cable to connect a 2nd ssd, nor is there a bracket. _The speedstep function does not work. CPU runs at 100x34(3,4Ghz) all the time._In short: Do not buy, go for a known brand!
