Is it possible to change the remote control mode from mod2 to mod1?
Yes. Open transmitter (need to remove or slit the rubber grips) swap gimbals over and re-plug into the board. Then press and hold both the top left silver trick roll button and the bottom right invert button while turning on the radio. To change back to Mode 2 repeat the process.

beautiful plane, good price, everything works but quality control is not great, quality of finish is not fantastic, a few holes don’t match up, paint is smudged, foam halves don’t match up evenly

Laereo is very beautiful and for the price paid it is of decent quality. The problem is that the motor is mounted very crookedly. I bought two, one for a friend of mine, and both have a motor mounted very crookedly and pointing down to the left. I asked customer service if this is a normal thing for this type of model or if it is an assembly defect.

Awesome Plane. It has so much power that it literally takes off out of your hand. Flys incredibly well. Sharp turns. One button aerobatics and inverted flight is great:)
