Can I directly use an 18650 battery? Or do I need to purchase a tube separately?
you need to buy a 18650 tube it can not ues 18650 battery directely.
is this really 200lm or is it an error ?
This is a LEP torch. It will burn your retinas at close range and light up a one meter spotlight 1km away. Absolutely useless as a general use light, highly specific and dirt cheap for what it is. If you can't appreciate that, stay away.

cool little LEP flashlight very bright I like the Lumen top cuz it comes with the little colored light crystals and they don't charge you extra for them
