Hello, I received my Kukirin G4. I loved it as soon as I received it, but I didn't realize at first that the charger was lit green instead of red once plugged in. However, because I took a picture of it charging as soon as I received it, I was able to check later (the same evening when I wanted to recharge my scooter because there were 2 red bars on the display). So I put my scooter to charge for the next day, and then my wife asked me if it was normal for it to light up green because all uncharged scooters light up red. In terms of the scooter, I rode a little less than 20 kilometers before wanting to charge it, and for the little I rode with it, I have nothing negative to say since I find it excellent so far. However, I can’t recharge it with this charger, and not being used to buying on Banggood as this is my first purchase, can you tell me how to request a repair from Banggood or report this delivery problem with a scooter that doesn’t charge so that they send me either a valid charger or a scooter that charges because I shouldn’t have to pay out of pocket for repairs on a scooter that I received and that already had a problem upon arrival.
