Hello, I bought a Keteles KS9 from you. Is it correct that the main switch for starting it can be operated without a key? Is there no way (except with a chain) to protect the e-bike from theft? For example, with a key? Thank you for your response. Best regards, Wolfgang M.
The battery with key has an anti-theft function. Just turn off the bike and remove the key.
I ordered and also received a keteles ks9. The delivery was not complete, so it is always good to have one or another screw at home. No problem. But I received 2 keys marked fzz on the plastic card and do not know what they are for. Please respond!!! Regards
