Excellent product, I took the one with 5500W power, my circuit breaker can't handle it, I have to make some modifications... but otherwise it's okay.

Good packaging for the long trip. This is a big deal. I regret that I haven't installed it yet, but the fast shipping is noteworthy. I regret that the shipping agency does NOT provide the USPS tracking number. It's winter here, and I got it out of the mailbox before any water left over from testing froze and could have damaged it. I've had good luck with previous water heaters. I have to be very careful because we have hard water that scales very quickly. Not a fault of the heater. This is going into a utility room where I need small quantities of warm water every now and then. Much more affordable than any tank heater.
