Those are not spare blades they are different cutting size blades. So where can we get spare half an inch and spear point blades?

This rabbet plane does not need to hide behind a Veritas or Dictum at all. The quality of the plane is very good and you can work very well with it. I was not quite as satisfied with the already installed blade. But that is the same with all other planes as well. You have to invest some time to set it up correctly. The installed blade in my plane required some effort to bring it to the correct angle and sharpness at first. But otherwise, it is an absolutely great product.

It is not very cheap, but the quality is amazing. Im very satisfied. The blades can be used straight out of the box, but I sharpened them a little better, now they are cutting like a dream.

Comparison with Veritas_It was a little bigger and a little heavier in weight._The depth adjustment bolt must be turned in the opposite direction._There was nothing unusual about using it._I think the biggest difference is that there is a bit of shaking in the blade, but I dont think its uncomfortable to use or anything like that._The price/performance ratio is good...
