Fantastic, really well built and accurate. I won't use it often, but it makes you want to find a way to use it instead of an electric mill to appreciate its quality. Even the sharpness of the blade as it comes is not bad, but a touch-up is necessary. Satisfied.

This Katz-Mosses designed Router plane is very good, very well made and of excellent quality. The instruction booklet has good information on how to use the tool and maintain the blades and the supplied blades (there are two, one standard and one angle point are ready to use out of the box. It feels very comfortable in the hand, when using and can be used either way round, depending on the situation you are working in. There is a useful You Tube review of this item, search for KM! 7 router plane, or look on the Katz Mosses site for more details. The tools necessary for allowing you to sharpen the blades are also provided, which will allow you to use a honing guide to maintain consistency when needing to resharpen. This represents good value for money when compared to the Veritas or Lei-Nelsien equivalents.

the router plane was promptly delivered and well packaged. On first inspection it looks like a very robust make-up with suitable adjustments and travel stops. At less than half the price of comparable other brands its great value for a amateur woodworker like me. It comes with a half inch flat blade and a similar width bevelled blade as well as a side mounting fence. The blades were sharp enough but a quick flick over a high grit stone helped them a bit. Happy with the purchase.
