The cloud stotage is optional (and not free) but you musy use a tf card for storage.The only app you can use is iCSee

The item came well packaged and without damage.This cam has very good quality,is solid and all the appropriate materials for the installation are included.For those who have many cams which are connected in v380 app (or pro) this cam is not compatible only with the iCSee app.Overall,I recommend this product if you want to place a cam at a place without electricity.

Well packaged , box has good padding inside. The accessories are in good quantity and they feel nice . Manual is wery well written, informations are accurate and links actually work. Image quality is ok, the voice of the camera is actually nice and the user interface has enough options. I might dismantle it later to check the insides because the movement seems very smooth.
