I have waited long enough. I have contacted your service three times. Three times they sent me a tracking link with the message that the package could not be delivered and that the courier's phone number was invalid. It was a big mistake to contact your store. I do not want to do business with you anymore. Just give me my money back.

The article arrived in a week and well packaged. The coffee machine has a minimalist design, but is full of technology and quite robust, simple yet very beautiful. Its operation is simple but very good, everything works well, the espresso comes out super well, I have only good things to say about this home-use machine, it is in no way inferior to industrial-use machines, and if you have a coffee grinder, which I also recommend. Maximum rating for this hibrew h10 b machine. Small only in size, big in performance. I recommend.

Much better than expected_The machine was quickly rinsed and cleaned and the first coffee prepared. Surprisingly good extraction and even the milk froth turns out nicely. It takes a while but that's okay.

Its a very beautiful coffee machine. All steel._Its able to make excellent coffees with the 2 pressurized baskets (wonderful crema). You have to play with your grinder and quantity in order to obtain the perfect shot with no-pressurized one. Temperature and pressure are gorgeous! A perfect machine at the very best price In the photo the first coffee (just imagine the others)
