Questions and Answers
It is not possible to buy an inner washer in a local store because it's special. It has the central hole like a normal washer but additionally has 3 more holes where they have to fit. It has to be the original, there are no compatibles.
If you can’t find a compatible washer locally and the grinder’s performance is affected, please contact our after-sales team and provide a video showing the grinding result. We will coordinate with the brand to send a replacement washer or arrange for you to return the unit to the brand’s overseas service center to have the washer installed.
I would like to buy it but I have seen that sometimes it is necessary to add an internal washer. Can it be obtained?
Thank you for your interest! Currently, we do not sell the washer (shim) separately, but you can easily find a compatible one at most hardware stores. Recommended spec: Outer diameter: 14mm, Inner diameter: 10mm, Thickness: 0.2mm; Material: Stainless Steel 304.

Does exactly what it says. I got the H10B coffee machine first and later picked up this grinder — they look perfect together! The stainless steel finish matches really well, and the two are a great combo. One grinds, one brews — a perfect pair for any coffee setup.

Although it is a new product, with 48 grinding degrees, it left something to be desired. I use a pressurized coffee filter, I adjusted the grinding time to 3.1 seconds, in the espresso grind (3), for a coffee with 7 grams. Let's hope the item doesn't have complications in the future. The delivery was fast.
