will this heater work with an afterburner controller
I believe that the Bluetooth controller and its mainboard are shown as not compatible with the afterburner controller. If you refer to the afterburner website they list which controllers are compatible and which are not compatible
Can it work with oil?
It will work with heating oil otherwise known as kerosene.

Using this heater in my workshop with an external 12V power supply. Work perfect with diesel or heater oil. The RF remote has a long range and I included the RF code to my smart home so I can use the heater as an antifrost device based on room temperature or remote control from everywhere._quick delivery

Arrived fast, on the day forecast when I ordered, though other items ordered at same time didn't arrive today. heater was very well packaged and arrived in good condition. Obviously not tried it yet as it only arrived this afternoon, but looks of reasonable quality, probably of good quality considering the price paid, so I'm hopeful it will be another successful purchase.

Great diesel heater, we have been very impressed with both the quality and performance of this heater, having been in use for several months with no issues at all, and with the larger burner and 90mm ducting would be able to supplying heating to more than one room or area. I would recommend upgrading the fuel line to the white hard plastc type and also the supply ducting to a fully insulated type as you do lose alot of heat through the item supplied in the kit especially if the duct run is longer.
