Is the fuel pump quiet, rather than making a ticking sound?
all these pumps tick,even my webasto that cost 20x this heater ticks, they are the most efficient source of heating, a gas fife hisses a log fire roars! if you insulate the heater properly in a safe location you'll get years of cheap efficient heating

Ok, but I have 3 issues._1. 12 volt is the one for computers so you can plug a 230v. cord in and it will say puf._2. the fuel hoses has no hose clamps_3. the plastic is soft, the wheels will not turn
