Questions and Answers
I have got mine is the analog SPI elrs version it came with elrs v1 how do I get elrs v2 on it?
Update the firmware to betaflight 4.3-RC3 or newer. Since ELRS on this quad is SPI, it must be updated by using the latest version of betaflight. The stock firmware is flashed with a betaflight 4.3 development version with ELRS 1.0 on it.
can a better receiver be fitted instead of the crap spi ones?
I added nano-rx (crossfire) works fine

finally received after a very very very long wait. hope it still flies well. 😊 the box arrived quite distorted and worn out. hopefully nothing happened to the quad. 😊

Very small and responsive 3" quad. Tried with Tattu 4s 650mAh, stock PID works very well. Low drift, very responsive.

Small size, mighty moves, and all under 250 grams of weight too! I own both the analog version with ExpressLRS and the HDzero version with ExpressLRS. Both are awesome quads. My favorite to fly right now. Really smooth tune on betaflight 4.3 with ELRS, and the range can achieve 1+ mile, battery life is your only limit! For some modifications, I would add some extra tape over the motor wires on the arm, the props can strike it without it. Secure down the u.fl connector for the vtx antenna a bit. Zip-tie the xt30 lead to one of the posts on the frame. And throw a zip tie on ELRS T-antenna, heat shrink both sides. These little things protect the crux35, it's survived my abuse and crashes so far too. Rarely do I buy two of any quad unless I really like it -- the crux has earned a win in my book! Super drone! agilissimo e super efficiente. la batteria dura veramente tanto. ho solo alcune vibrazioni col vento quando il throttle è basso. ma credo che con un po di tuning si puo risolvere. ho cambiato lo strap della batteria con uno piu piccolo

I love it . this is the most responsive quad I've ever flown . range on the elrs version is impressive. it gets further than my quad with xm+ receiver, and this is only a spi receiver. I don't do longrange, just freestyle within 500m in the nature, didn't have a signal warning yet. flight time is long, I fly 5min on 550a S3, and 7min on 4s 850. flies great on both, it has slight probwash on sharp turns and the frame doesn't like full throttle, but powerloops split s, that kind of stuff she is great at. Los of control and response. it's very quite for a 3blade, almost like 2bladed 1103 setups of course it's not the most durable frame, but it survived some crashes against plastic water barrels and soil with about 40km/h so it's not as fragile as it looks. it has nearly no throw (float) at all, atm it s the most fun quad I own and I have 8
