My Argentine package arrived without protective plastic and bubbles. It's a good TV box, fast and with artificial intelligence that makes videos in 720 and 1080 look much better, with the latest system update. However, I still have a pink vertical line, it's very noticeable against a white background. I don't know if it was defective upon arrival or what the problem is.

Can not use the box because the Remote can not pair. I cannot even get any trouble shooting information. I only hope that I do get someone responsible find my review and send helpful information.

Best Android TV box I've ever had. Fast, super picture, no problems, the WiFi reception is good, but it doesn't quite match my new high-end Samsung TV. Still a 1 with 5 stars.
