Can it be mounted on the back of a monitor in standard VESA 100mm holes?
Yes. See last picture in Specification section. The wall mount part will be connected to VESA on monitor.
Can I set "Wake on Power/AC" in the BIOS after power loss? The computer should start automatically as soon as it gets power again, such as with HP Pro Deal devices or Intel Nuc.

I had a faulty RAM. The PC ended up having blue screens after only a few minutes, eventually resulting in a corrupted system. Getting new RAM and having to buy new Win11 solved the issue.

So far so good! My only complaint is the fan. It pulses frequently all the time. But I think I'll be able to fix it in the bios.
