what connection type is ant1? u.fl, ipex?
According to the datasheet for the HC12 module, it's IPEX20279-001E-03. (I'm sorry, I must have misread your question before. I deleted my old answer).
when I try to enter in to command mode module started sending junk characters
you should switch the baud rate to something else for e.g. ~34800 / 9600 it worked for me with a hc-05

Zeer goed en veilig geleverd, juist verschietachtig omdat de module kleiner is dan de sticker op het zakje. Hij is kleiner dan de HC-06. Pinconnectors zijn niet mee geleverd en ja moet ze zelf solderen. Duidelijke instructies op de module waar je moet solderen. Goede prijs/kwaliteit.

Works as a long range telemetry link for quadcopter. Receiving end is connected to a HC-06 bluetooth module which transmits the data to my phone and the EZ-GUI app works perfectly with this setup.

This little buggers are alot more powerfull than what i though, i got around 200M range, trough several buildings, and on a high RF noise environment. It will automatically convert your data from serial, send it, receive it, and convert it back to serial, so much work it will save you, i really like them as you can see
