Since I don't see the word "legally" anywhere in your question I'm going to say... yes? Certainly you are joking, however, If you are foolish enough to actually do this I would recommend you keep the device under lock and key lest your wife get a hold of it and zap you in the balls while you sleep. Sleeping with one eye open from then on might do the trick but your mileage may vary. 😉😅
Can I use this to build a taser? Is it dangerous? Possible letal if someone gets in contact with sparc (using a 6 V Battery)?
Yes it can. It's only dangerous is the volts go true your heart. SO PLEASE DONT EXTEND THE LEADS AND TOUCH THE WIRES WITH BOTH OF YOUR HANDS!
