Dear customer, the treadmill can support 12 preset workouts (P01-P12) and Countdown modes (Manual/Time/Distance/Calorie), but this generally refers to setting targets for the basic countdown functions, not creating complex multi-segment programs. Also, you can certainly perform an interval workout by manually adjusting the speed and incline as you go. Hope it helps.
