Is this value already inclusive of import taxes and ICMS?
Dear. I bought the Dangbei Atom projector on June 5th and UNTIL TODAY, AUGUST 15TH (TWO MONTHS LATER), THEY HAVE NOT SHIPPED IT. They say it’s out of stock (but it has already appeared that stock has returned twice since I bought it). Every time I reach out, they say that the stock appearing is a logistical error and that they will reply via email within 48 hours, and I have never received an email. They continue selling (even stating that shipping is within 24 hours). I have talked to them more than a dozen times and I have given up. The support is nonexistent and they don’t even know what’s happening, besides making up deadlines to make you wait and they don’t fulfill them. Banggood is depressing!

the item arrived very quickly the video projector has a very good picture and very good sound is as described._This projector has better picture and sound from xgimi horizon 1080p which I have.

No need to think about TV after watching this. Its suitable for living room, no need to make the room completely dark. Its high brightness along with good contrast and colours helps to watch it like a TV all the time. I also uses a cheap alr screen which makes the features even better. Delivery was so fast to Finland compared to AliExpress or Temu. Order was placed on 4th August and I received the product on 9th August which was shipped from Poland.

Apesar de terem demorado mais de 1 semana para enviarem o produto, depois de enviado recebi em 2 dias, extremamente bem embalado e protegido. O produto em si, conforme diversas análises é espetacular e vale o quanto custa.

Ainda não testei o produto, queria somente comentar sobre o envio. Comprei o produto no estoque Brasileiro do site, inclui na compra o seguro pelo site, no caso de perca/dano durante o envio. O produto foi mandado de Niteroi com destino minha cidade no estado de RJ, e chegou com uma semana de atraso sobre a data prevista, porque o envio foi apreendido pelas autoridades competentes para fiscalização. O Banggood me informou a respeito do atraso e da razão, me pediu para entrar em contato pelo email e/ou pelo telefone com os Correios para pagar uma taxa - não entendei a razão, mandei email ao orgão, nem sei se chegou mas não recebei nenhum retorno das autoridades competentes ... Banggood me pediu esperar uns 10 dias a mais devido ao atraso, e informou que ia mandar um novo produto, comunicou um novo numero de rastreamento internacional. Eu rastreiei mas nunca achei esse segundo envio. No afinal recebei o meu produto, não paguei nada de taxa a mais e o prazo extendido foi mais curto de que previsto. O produto chegou muito bem embalado pelo site, a caixa original do projetor é chique e o kit é bem completo - até com adaptador para a tomada chinesa ! - O manual de usuario é tudo em Chines, so usar Google tradução com a camera do seu celular para traduizir. Eu comprei uma chave num site concorrente para usar o projetor com as fonções Android (Netflix etc) Então mesmo se a comunicação do site Banggood foi um pouco confuso a respeito do occorido durante o envio, achei eles comunicativos, só falta um meio de comunicar com uma pessoa fisica. Fora disso ainda não testei o produto, e estou com pressa terminar o meu comentario para testar e ver se confirma-se todas as elogias que eu li a respeito do meu novo projetor !

Beautiful, compact, and very powerful. Some parts of the menu remain in Mandarin, even after changing the language to English. There should be an option to translate everything into English.

Picture quality is brilliant. there are no pixels, no any vibrations or so. Crystal high quality sound. Coolers noise is very low and unnoticeable.
