Hello, if you place an order before September 12th (that is, our store anniversary promotion), we will arrange for you to reimburse all customs clearance fees (you need to provide the after-sales customer service with the corresponding customs clearance screenshots), but if If you place an order in a non-US warehouse after September 12th, you will not be reimbursed by us. I annoyed very much having q paying € 110 more between customs and import VAT. The seller tells you that he sends them from the European CZ warehouse, but it's not true. They left Hong Kong.
