Questions and Answers
How to get serial monitor to work? The driver pictures in the github does not work.
I found I managed to get it working after pressing the reset button then the other button. Might also need to chase baud rate.
what's the purpose of 4-pin connector?
It should be compatible with Sparkfun's Qwiic connector series of I2C devices.

These are FANTASTIC. Arduino coding is easy with the IDE. Others are putting micropython on it. I have a project to light up some handmade replicas of stones from the movie 5th Element. This is not fully implemented yet, but I did a brightness test. I have a circuit design for powering the stones with Qi. And am working on implementing rechargeable batteries. These little boards with 25 led's each in such a small package solved so many of my problems. I want more.

Good tiny platform that has yet to be explored and made use of. Has demo code loaded in and works out of the package.

Received it fast and was impressed by the size. Getting it to work though took longer than expected. The code provided by the GitHub repository is not working. See my GitHub fork for fixes / details.

The ESP32-C3 board arrived 4weeks earlier than announced. Test it with Arduino IDE 1.8.19 and ESP32 SDK 2.0.2. Programming mode is as always, hold down Userbutton(GPIO9) and press reset(chip_en). LED's, Wifi work as AP / Client+Webserver and BT. I am still working on connecting native USB to the serial monitor of the Arduino IDE. Note: The board only works with a USB-C to USB-A cable. With USB-C cable no power supply!(tested with power supply, computer, smartphone)
