I cannot configure the camera. Only the red light appears. I've done several reset's and nothing. I tried the three operators in Portugal.
I have the same problem with mine. I've found that it works well all thetime with the SIM of my phone. After I put my phone's sim into it it will work with the other sim card I bought for this. So the sim cards are not exactly the same, Telco says they are. They don't ask for pin and use the same APN.... So have a workaround to put another card in...
Has anyone upgraded the surveillance camera? If so, please let me know if it still works

delivery as described, we supplied it with power cable and made an experimental modification, we don't know how it will last this

It works fine, I've had a little trouble with the initial settings. (need to turn off the use of the pin code on the sim card - I did it in the security section of the phone, and initially charge the batteries via the included usb cable, then it goes fine) To my surprise the image quality, even the cloud is not extremely expensive, so far satisfaction

i have several of these cameras to monitor my solar autonomous vacation house 200km away!!... these are great little systems!!! they work flawlessly in all weather conditions!!!! and to all greece customers.. i have the update patch if your camera does not connect to greek carriers COSMOTE, VODAFONE and WIND, email me at APKETO@AOL.COM

we have now used this camera for a week, this camera is draining my batteries like ice cream in the desert. all batteries measured 4,18V or higher for 6 pcs of 18650 and its not even lasted 24H with activity. but otherwise all seems good. easy set up and great possibility to steer the camera remotely to have the full picture what's happening around your camera.

very poor service the camera has arrived after a long wait. only to find that customs had to be paid. then once it had been cleared and delivered the unit is faulty does not connect to wifi unable to get blue light to work for the pairing. the camera itself has a very poor image and there are no batteries included l. having to spend another £40 for the batteries only to find that the connection terminals are faulty and unable to make contact to the positive of the battery. having contacted banngood customer services for a refund or exchange. still waiting with no reply. overall will never order from this site again much better to use aliexpress then this cowboy site

In French because comment only for France. The camera works BUT... It may seem very difficult to set up the first time. We need a compatible network. On cdiscount or auchan mobile and other MVNO, it won't work (tested ). So I work with a Free chip but be careful also with 3 4G bars on my tel and a very good speed, the connection was very bad on the camera and impossible to reconfigure even if the led was blue in a short period. (reusii once then nothing on this site ). On another site, I was able to finally configure the camera (200m from the Free antenna). Firmware upgrade possible then and it's been working quite well for a week. (some rare times unavailable but ok after a few retries ). On the ubi app, inside a tole building 200m from the Free antenna, I only have 2 bars while I have 5 with my 2016 tel. In short, the cam can be great, but your operator must be "compatible", and a very good 4G signal is required for it to work with remote interrogation. so normal that for some , it doesn't work. I almost threw it away too... But now she's doing the job.
