I had a lot of problems with her but managed to fix most of them, the nozzle hits the print which is very loud, she has trouble setting the offset

Ordered It on December 10, shipped on December 19, received on December 21 (Shipping from the Czech Republic to Poland). Very quick and easy assembly, all screws are marked and packed in separate packages. Fast and hassle-free first 3D printing. In addition to the standard equipment, the set included glue, a PLA Rapid sample, and as a "give away" the USB micro SD card reader with a memory card, probably because the new version Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro does not have a built-in micro SD socket.
