Does it work on a MacBook?

our audio video transformer goes from camera to mixer then there will be no problem. There is a distance of 30 to 50 meters towards our room. Will the mixer work in the proper way, will it not improve the video quality?
It does not work more than ten meters in my house

Simple installation, set up with the projector in 5 minutes, I tried it between the TV placed in the other room and the media box (about 15 meters), perfect, I recommend it to everyone.
