Is there any chance to ask the manufacturer to provide a firmware for their customers to have at least English language in the product' menu, or beeps instead of a Chinese lady, as I'm pretty sure almost 95% of us is not speaking Chinese. Even my noname Bluetooth speaker can change language by pressing buttons. Please, please, please force the manufacturer to do so. Even installed the app, but not an option to change the language and/or change the firmware. It was not that cheap.
Possible no. I have issue with my buy, not work as show on manual (not work with USB Cable on PC) and contact service when i exposed the Chinise languange and they not reply to the language and warranty service not work give to me.

Excellent quality. Very good sound. They're very comfortable and noise canceling works quite well. I don't have any other noise canceling headphones to compare them to, still I was quite impressed with their performance, especially considering their price. Plus the battery life seems to last forever. All in all I am very impressed with the product and would definitely recommend. I have only a minor issue, there is a prompt voice in some unknown to me language (presumably Chinese), that can be a bit annoying. You can completely disable this voice through the app, in my case though it keeps getting re-enabled every week or so. Still, it's just a minor inconvenience and I don't mind switching it off every once in a while.
