Package arrived SUPER FAST. In three days to Germany. Unfortunately, this bicycle is not suitable for Germany, as it is considered an S-Pedelec and bicycles are forbidden.

Arrived safely, just instead of the mobile phone holder with a charger, there was only a regular case, but there was also a back light powered directly from the battery, which also acts as a brake light (works with both front and rear brakes), besides the long delivery time of 16 days instead of the promised 5 days, I have no objections.

That brutality of bike, live have nothing to do, it is spectacular, on the street everything is looking, I have some fear with the battery life, I did 7 km with the two motors in level 5 with some climbs and noticed the battery draining quickly. have not yet tried OffRoad should be top. on the screen appears 35 km as maximum speed, I am waiting for response from the manufacturer. it may be possible to change, I have no idea. for now I'm not sorry.

Thank you for sending me a return voucher because the battery of the bike is not the one I wanted. When I ordered it was supposed to be a 20 amp battery except this is a 17 .5 amp battery. after a few kilometers with the bike it does not suit me because the battery does not last long enough, for this reason I want a refund. cordially
