First of all, Thank You for putting an effort to protect the box. The flex styofoam and bubble wrap helps. Average delivery time. This is an unusual light. I put the battery in it. The light flashes like crazy and clicking off and back on doesn't turn it into a flashlight. I read in the description, you need to click tje switch 20 times to get it in programming mode. That solved the flashing.
